Change Order Calculator
The customer adds a task mid-job. Price it before you say yes. Enter the extra labor and materials and see the change order total. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is stored or sent.
How it works
Labor = hours × rate. Disruption = labor × allowance%. Materials charged = cost × (1 + markup%). Change order total = labor + disruption + materials charged. Example: 6 × $70 = $420; disruption $42.00; materials $300 × 1.20 = $360; total $822.00. Get the customer to sign the change order before starting. Check your contract and local rules on written change orders.
